Lviv, Skole, Tustan, Slavske. Two festival nights with a mountain transfer between them.
Kyiv only. Six festival venues, walking legs, one guided evening archive visit.
Ivano-Frankivsk, Yaremche, Kolomyia, Chernivtsi. Festival days split across three towns.

If a festival date is moved or cancelled by the organizer, your payment transfers to the new date or is returned in full under our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Caps are fixed and will not be raised after publication.
06Group activities
Every route runs on a printed schedule. Guides open the day with a short briefing, then the group moves as one unit between festival grounds, city walks and shared meals.
Wristbands are handed out at the hostel before the walk to the gate, so nobody queues twice.

07 Trust
This trip is organized by torvexana.com, registration number 26971688, licensed by the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine. The same line appears on our contact page and on every route dossier we publish.
If an official advisory makes a festival date unsafe or unworkable, we move that departure to the next published date and tell every booked traveller within 48 hours. Anyone who cannot take the new date gets a full refund of the amount paid, including the service fee. The rule is written the same way here, on the itinerary page, and in the FAQ.
Travellers under 18 need a signed consent form from a parent or guardian before the group list is confirmed. Group caps are printed per route and will not be raised after publication.
